About Me ...

As a humanistic counsellor, I believe we can all find our best self...... be who we want to be. Given the right conditions and support ,  we can achieve our potential.

Sometimes our life experiences create feelings, beliefs and behaviours that hold us back and restrict us. 

My role as your counsellor is to offer conditions which support  the development of healthy decisions, which will enable you to grow and develop in the direction you choose.

I am a fully qualified registered counsellor having completed a BACP-Accredited Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling.  I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethics working with adults, couples and young people. In addition to my work in Private Practice, I work with Adults in an NHS setting and have also worked as a School Counsellor working with young people aged between 11 and 18. 

I have worked for West Kent Mind with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, relationship issues, abuse, trauma, low self esteem and sexual issues.

I hold a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Certificate, and full indemnity insurance.  I am also registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) as a Data Controller.
